Agevolazioni fiscali

La tua generosità è ripagata dallo Stato italiano!
E’ possibile, infatti, detrarre e/o dedurre le donazioni effettuate (erogazioni liberali) a favore di Flying Angels Foundation nei limiti e con le norme stabilite per legge. Le agevolazioni (detrazione/deduzione) non sono tra loro cumulabili e sono consentite solo se il versamento è tracciabile, quindi eseguito tramite bollettino postale, bonifico, pagamento online, assegno bancario o altri sistemi che ne garantiscano la tracciabilità (art. 23 del D.Lgs. del 1997, n. 241).
In quanto persona fisica puoi:

  • DETRARRE dall’imposta lorda il 30% dell’importo donato, fino a un massimo di 30.000 euro (art. 83, comma 1 del D.Lgs. 3 luglio 2017, n. 117);
  • DEDURRE dal tuo reddito complessivo netto le donazioni in denaro per un importo non superiore al 10% del reddito complessivo dichiarato (art. 83, comma 2 del D.Lgs. 3 luglio 2017, n. 117).
